Dr. Kaitlyn Cremer is a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of Doctoral Capstone at Baylor University. In addition to her academic role, she continues to practice as an occupational therapist, specializing in low vision rehabilitation, ergonomics, and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Dr. Cremer’s research focuses on immersive learning experiences, accessibility initiatives, and interprofessional education. Her recent scholarship examines incivility and bullying in health professions education and fieldwork environments. Through this project, she works to develop evidence-based educational resources that support healthier learning environments for students and clinical educators.
Dr. Heather Hudson is a Clinical Professor at Baylor University with expertise in athletic training education, student outcomes, and interprofessional education. She earned her Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Gardner-Webb University. Dr. Hudson’s work focuses on improving educational environments for health professions students through evidence-based teaching strategies and program evaluation. As part of this project, she contributes expertise in student learning, retention, and interprofessional collaboration to support educational initiatives addressing incivility and bullying in health professions training.

Heather Hudson, EdD
Dr. Edwin Myers is an Associate Professor in the Occupational Therapy Program at Florida Gulf Coast University. He earned his Doctor of Occupational Therapy from Boston University and has more than 30 years of clinical and educational experience across rehabilitation settings. His scholarship focuses on the scholarship of teaching and learning, the quality of fieldwork education, and the impact of incivility and bullying in clinical training environments. Dr. Myers has presented nationally on fieldwork relationships and student learning experiences and collaborates on research aimed at improving professional education and clinical learning environments.
